RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY

We appreciate your decision in purchasing from us and we will always try to resolve your issues as soon as possible. Please call us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. The products being returned and or exchanged must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot return or exchange if the product was used. Due to the Pandemic, we can only return or exchange if the product was not used. Also, please be aware that postage will be deducted from the refund total. However, if the products were faulty or we sent you the wrong product, we will reimburse you for the postage as well.
